„Es konn lei eppis gscheids auserkemmen, wenn a eppis gscheids inen kimp …“*
…, says hostess and cook Evamaria quite clearly. She is actually very tolerant. It is only in the kitchen she doesn’t make any compromises. Our cooking is still truly authentic. All the ingredients used come exclusively from the farm and from selected local small businesses, and the meat comes from our own hunting. The farm’s own products include:
20 to 30 homemade schnapps (Piere, Zwetschge, Hai, Kraitr, Schworzbr, Zigori, Zirbe, Hiempr, etc.) from Katy and Alberich
Eggs & milk fresh from the farm and can also be bought
Herbal salt with lovingly collected herbs from Evamaria’s garden and the mountain
Game smoked sausages & bacon in winter from Alberich & Katy. While stocks last
